Inventor CAMLink
With the introduction of the Inventor CAMLink, Optimation has connected the Inventor inventory of 3D-modeled parts and the Optimation part programming and nesting engine. It's a technology "express lane," where parts are processed quickly, automatically, and with minimal human intervention. Without the multiple - and time consuming - steps of unfolding, exporting, converting, importing, filing and programming of singular parts, the Inventor Link cuts down the entire process and increases productivity. OptiPro-Assembly
OptiPro-Assembly provides an interface for Pro/ENGINEER assemblies to Optimation®. tool uses Pro-E/Creo technology and interface appearance to unfold 3D model assemblies and extract flat pattern parts. It identifies part-specific manufacturing information, i.e. part number, material, and assigns them to the appropriate flat pattern parts. Finally, it exports the geometry and parameters in the right file format to Optimation for automatic nesting.
OptiPro-Part
OptiPro-Part provides an interface for Pro/ENGINEER sheet metal or solid parts to Optimation®. In less than one second per part OptiPro Part will transfer the geometry from Pro-Engineering/Creo to Optimation, transfer manufacturing parameters, i.e. material type & thickness, and create appropriate output including cut form.
Solidworks CAMLink
The Solidworks Interface allows the user to select formed Solidworks part files and automatically have the parts unfolded and DXF files and Optimation® pre-programmed input files generated. This process runs in the background, enabling the user to continue working with minimal disruption.
