Opti-Users' Newsletters: January 30th, 2007 Optimation®'s New Reporting SystemOur new Excel based Summary System has all of the power of the advanced technology built into Microsoft Excel. 
We provide a system that automatically summarizes you nest results at the touch of a button. We have done all of the work to allow you to analyze your data in powerful and effective ways. The system comes standard with pivot tables that allow you to track your performance in a number of difference ways. Data is displayed so that you can see efficiency by machine, by material, and by date range. A graph of efficiency is automatically created.In addition to all of the ready to use standard features, you can create your own reports. This new system gives you the power to create custom reports on your own. This new system surpasses all other nest reporting systems available. Our new reporting system is free to our maintenance customers. Just call support to have it installed. Integrate Nest Data with Costing, Inventory and Standards Systems There are a number of very important uses for you nest data. 
If you need to export your data to your own database, it can now be easily accomplished. Optimation® now creates output that is in a format that most databases can import directly. This can be very useful for reporting and integrating data. Costing, Standards and Inventory systems are common applications that require individual part data. Optimation®'s new output capability makes it easy to integrate nest data into your database. This allows highly accurate data for Costing, Standards and Inventory systems. There are other creative uses for this data. Once it is in a database, you can use it in any manner you like.
