Benchmarks

A benchmark is a free test run of Optimation^® software using your parts, your materials, and due dates. We'll benchmark on any of your fabrication processes - laser, turret punch, waterjet, router, or knife. There is no cost for this service. With a benchmark you can compare the cost savings of our nesting solution results side by side with your current solution.

Benchmark Process

The process is simple. We ask for a representative sample of your parts, i.e. dxf files with due dates and material sizes. (All information is kept in the utmost confidence.) Also, it's important to know what machines you're running, so we can do a like comparison using the same processes accounting for tooling, stack height, etc. Then we run Optimation automatic programming and nesting software and create nests and part programs for your parts, simulating Optimation solution in your shop. Again, there is no charge for a benchmark.

We'll schedule a brief online meeting to review the results with you. And you can see for yourself the difference Optimation software can make on your material efficiency and programming time. At the end of the meeting, you can have the summary reports and nest layouts to review and use in your financial justification to management.
